Nurture privacy policy, in plain language.
This policy covers the Nurture by Norai browser extension and its suggestion service. The short version: post text passes through to draft a suggestion and is not stored, and your settings never leave your browser except to do the job you asked for.
What the extension reads. When you click Scan, Nurture reads the visible posts in your LinkedIn feed (author name, post text, post link) inside your browser. It performs no actions on LinkedIn.
What is sent to us. To draft a suggestion, the extension sends the post text, your tone/persona settings, and your license key to our suggestion service (api at norai.com.au, hosted on Cloudflare). The post text is processed to generate the suggestion and is not stored. We keep a daily count of suggestion requests per license to enforce fair use.
What stays in your browser. Your persona, example comments, tone, and settings are stored in your browser's extension storage (and Chrome sync if you use it). We never see them except inside the suggestion requests they shape.
What we store about you. Your email, license key, and subscription status, held for billing. Payments are processed by Airwallex; your card details never touch our systems.
Cancelling. Email [email protected]. Billing stops immediately and your license record is deleted within 30 days.

Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell us what's eating your team's week. We'll tell you honestly whether a machine should be doing it, and what that would take. A person reads this and replies once.
