Norai · Automation

Agents on the paperwork.

Not every business needs a private machine. If the cloud is fine for your work, we build the automations that answer leads in seconds, clear the admin queue, and make your systems talk to each other. Same builders, a fraction of the cost.

What we automate

The systems that eat your week.

Law II says the paperwork that fills your calendar is a system, so we point systems at it. If it happens the same way more than a few times a week, it is a candidate. These are the builds we do most.

Speed to lead

New enquiries get a response, a booking link and a follow-up sequence in seconds, before your competitors have opened the email.

Admin and invoicing

Quotes, invoices and job paperwork generated, sent and filed automatically from the systems you already use.

Systems that talk

CRM, accounting, calendars and job management connected. Data goes in once and shows up everywhere it should.

Agents on tap

Custom agents that draft content, chase overdue invoices, triage the inbox, or qualify leads around the clock.

Reporting without the spreadsheet hour

The numbers you check every Monday, pulled together and sent to you automatically.

Paperwork that files itself

Intake forms, contracts and compliance documents generated, chased for signatures, and filed without a human touching them.

The alternatives

What businesses usually try first.

Option A

Hire more admin staff

People do tasks. Automations delete them. A new hire works 38 hours a week and takes leave; an automation works all of them.

Option B

DIY tools like Zapier or Make

Great until they break silently, hit usage limits, or meet a process they were never built for. Someone still has to babysit them.

Norai Automation

Custom-built, owned by you

Built for your exact workflow, on accounts you own, with a fixed price and a human you can call when you want it changed.

The honest bit

This is our cloud tier. Here's the trade.

Automations run through cloud models, so the data inside the workflow passes through the big providers. For lead follow-ups, invoicing and most operational work, that is a trade most businesses happily make in exchange for the price.

Our flagship work is the other kind: private machines on hardware you own, where client files never leave your walls. If that is what your business needs, start there instead. Same team either way.

And there is a middle path. When a job needs a frontier model but the data is sensitive, we build a bridge.

Choose Automation if...

The job is speed and capacity: leads, admin, connected systems. The data involved is operational, not sensitive, and you want the lowest cost path to hours back.

Choose a Bridge if...

You need frontier-model reasoning on sensitive work. We strip the identifying details before anything leaves and restore them when the answer comes back.

Choose a private machine if...

You handle client files, records or conversations that must not leave the building. That is the system we're known for.

The Bridge

Big-model power, without handing over your business.

Some jobs genuinely need a frontier model: advanced reasoning, deep research, the hardest cases in a workflow. That doesn't have to mean handing over your client list. A bridge is the layer we build in between.

01 · ShieldWall

Scrubbed inside your walls

Before anything leaves, the bridge strips what the task does not need. Names, clients, account numbers and identifying details are swapped for placeholders, locally.

02 · In transit

Only the task travels

The frontier model receives the sanitised job, encrypted in transit, and does what it is good at. It works the problem without seeing who the work is about.

03 · Back home

Restored inside your walls

The answer returns to your systems, where the real details are put back. You get frontier-model results with local-grade discretion.

Bridges bolt onto either tier: an automation that escalates its hardest cases, or a private system that borrows cloud reasoning for the rare jobs that need it. The bridge is designed to redact and encrypt in transit; it is not a promise of absolute secrecy, and we will tell you plainly where its limits are.

The process

From call to running automation.

01

A 30-minute call

You tell us what eats your team's time. We tell you honestly what's worth automating and what isn't.

02

Fixed-price proposal

Within three working days of the call. A real number, even if you don't go ahead with us.

03

Build in weeks

Most automations land in two to four weeks. Simple ones go live inside a week.

04

Handover and support

You own the accounts and the workflows. We include a support period, with optional monthly plans after.

Questions

Asked often, answered straight.

What does automation cost?

Every project is scoped individually and quoted as a fixed price within three working days of the call, with no mandatory retainer. Because there is no dedicated hardware and no private model to stand up, it comes in at a fraction of the cost of a private machine build.

What's the actual return?

It depends on what we automate, so the proposal does the maths for your case: the hours your team spends on the task now, the leads lost to slow response, the subscriptions the automation replaces. If the numbers don't stack up, we'll tell you on the call.

How long does a build take?

Most automations land in two to four weeks. Simple ones go live inside a week. Your proposal includes a firm timeline.

Do we need technical staff to run it?

No. We build it, document it in plain English, and train your team. Day to day it just runs, and we stay on call.

What tools do you work with?

CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel, accounting packages like Xero and MYOB, plus calendars, job management, spreadsheets and Slack. If it has an API, and almost everything does now, we can connect it.

Why not just use Zapier or Make ourselves?

For a simple two-step zap, you should. We come in when the workflow is bigger than a template: multiple systems, conditional logic, machine intelligence in the loop, or something that breaks quietly and costs you money when it does. Custom builds don't hit per-task usage limits either.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything is built on accounts in your name and handed over completely. If we part ways, it all keeps running without us.

What about our data? This runs in the cloud, right?

Right, and that is the honest trade-off. Automations run through cloud model providers, so the data in the workflow passes through them. For lead follow-ups, invoicing and most operational work, that is a trade most businesses happily make. When part of a workflow is sensitive, we add a bridge that strips identifying details before anything leaves. And if your files must never leave the building at all, that is what our private systems are for.

Can we move to a private machine later?

Yes, and it is a natural upgrade path. The workflows we build can be pointed at a private model running on your own hardware later, so nothing is thrown away when you make the jump.

How do we get started?

Email [email protected] or book the 30-minute call. You get a fixed-price proposal within three working days. No obligation at any point.

Fifteen minutes. No pitch.

Tell us what's eating your team's week. We'll tell you honestly whether a machine should be doing it, and what that would take.

Goes straight to the engineers. No list, no sequence. Or write to [email protected]
